DETAILED INFORMATION ON GETTING YOUR HANDS ON SOME DOWN UNDER GOODNESS:

The events of 2020 forced significant changes to our business model.

All ordering now happens online. There are a few places you can place your order that depend on you where you are and what you're ordering.

For now, unfortunately, we don't have a cafe for you to visit and our catering services consist mainly of hot delivery of pre-packaged, labelled pies, sides and sweets.

The good news is that we're constantly adding to the products we create or provide to our customers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For now - because FROZEN pies/rolls need to be shipped separately from NON-FROZEN items. If you want both, you will need to place two orders. We are hard at work to find an answer to this unfortunate requirement.

Below, we detail the various (non-wholesale) ways to order from us:

Option 1A:  DUB PIES FROZEN PIES/SAUSAGE ROLLS

• WE'VE BEEN SHIPPING FROZEN PIES NATIONWIDE SINCE 2004.
• WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE SHIPPING - but we do regularly provide discounts - so consider signing up for our newsletter/updates in the field at the bottom of each page on this website.
• MINIMUM ORDER OF 3 BAGS of PIES or ROLLS. (4 pies per bag, 6 rolls per bag).
• We ship orders Mon, Tues & Wed.  Placing orders by 5pm greatly increases the chance of us shipping it next day.  Orders placed after 5pm Tuesday are likely to ship the following Monday.

• We roast the same blend we served at our Brooklyn cafe and on our food truck for years. Great for flat whites, drip and cold brew!

• OUR LARGEST SELECTION OF ITEMS IN ONE PLACE - Down Under-style pies, DUB-roasted coffee, packaged Kiwi & Aussie treats, DUB baked treats like Lamingtons, ANZACS, Caramel Slice etc.
• A PARTNERSHIP WITH MERCATO (web service focused on delivery for grocery stores).
• Bodega - kind of like a 'Dairy' in New Zealand, a "Milkbar" in Australia - a Bodega is a small grocery shop, especially in a Spanish-speaking neighbourhood.
