What should you order?
Frequently we find that it's our Party (mini) pies & rolls that are best suited to events where people are milling around with a glass in one hand - but we'll bring whatever you want us to. Choose from the Catering Menu or if you have something particular in mind, get in touch - let's discuss your needs.
Yes, we have pie warmers for rent!
(We don’t always recommend warmers - but we’re happy to discuss whether it would work for your event.)
- Pie warmers to hold the pies at optimal temperature for the duration of your event (they can't be used to heat pies from cold)
- We can also provide your office/venue with a permanent pie warmer for an agreed upon recurring regular delivery
- Rental price ($90 minimum) includes us delivering, setting-up, and retrieving the warmer from your event at an agreed upon time. You may also lower that expense by returning the warmer to us yourself. Price depends on the details of your event.

Pie Truck Catering
How far in advance do I need to order?
Dependent on the size of the order - we ask for at least a week's notice to ensure we have the stock available. However, if you have an urgent enquiry - get in touch , we may just be able to make it work!
Do you cater to people with special dietary restrictions?
Yes! We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.
Do you just serve pies?
No! Although pies are our specialty, we also have a full catering menu that includes salads and sweet options.
How much food is usually enough per person?
This depends on the type of event you are holding. If it is a cocktail or happy hour event, 2-3 pieces of our party pie / roll menu is usually a safe amount. For more of a sit down meal - we suggest a 1 - 1.5 pies per person with a side salad.
What size event are you able to cater?
There is really no limit on this with enough time!
