It’s an open secret that the antipodes has been brewing up some of the best coffee in the world over the last few decades.

Our experienced (and charming!) baristas excel in creating the refined, artisan-style espresso coffee that is ubiquitous to Southern Hemisphere cafés.

The legendary flat white is a Dub Pies specialty. Take a double shot of espresso, then add the silky micro-foam of densely textured organic milk so that it lifts the crema to the top. It’s simple, yet complex, and we enjoy taking it seriously.

A flat white is never more than 6 to 8oz (espresso & milk) - ever. Drink it from a ceramic cup (instead of a to-go cup), made by a barista who know what they’re doing - in order to really experience what the fuss is all about.

The Pie Shop proudly uses Counter Culture coffee for their unparalleled back-up service and the quality of their beans. We run a top of the line La Marzocca espresso machine.

In summer, we also make a mean cold brew, and year-round we stock a top variety of tea, refreshing cold drinks and for the kids, we have Milo, the classic chocolate-malt treat from down-under (served hot or cold).
