The traditional way to serve pies in most pie-centric cultures is to pile up a mound creamy mashed potato onto top of (or to the side) of the pie, and then smother it in peas and gravy.
Garden Peas (or Mushy Peas) (Half tray $25/Full Tray $45)
Garden peas - because who ever heard of pies & mash without peas! If you prefer mushy peas, please advise with plenty of advance notice!
Gravy (Quart $25)
If you're having mash and peas with your pies, you must have gravy! Right?

Caramel Slice - $2.00
Caramel Slice goes by many names. A standard in the UK, Australia, New Zealand - it's become increasingly popular in the US too. A confectionery item made from a rectangular shortbread biscuit/cookie base topped with caramel and milk chocolate. It is prepared in stages, with the cookie-like shortbread base baked first, followed by the caramel and chocolate. Ours are 2" x 3" rectangles.
Anzac Cookie - $2.00
A sweet biscuit, popular in Australia and New Zealand, made using rolled oats, flour, sugar, butter, golden syrup, baking soda, boiling water, and desiccated coconut. Anzac biscuits have long been associated with the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps established in World War I.
Afghan Cookie - $2.00
An Afghan biscuit is a traditional New Zealand biscuit made from flour, butter, cornflakes, sugar and cocoa powder, topped with chocolate icing and a half walnut.
