Please review the following options carefully and take note of the areas where each is available, minimum orders and packaging requirements.

1. NYC region

A. Frozen Pies Delivery

(FREE delivery with a $75 minimum)

Manhattan
Below 100th St

Brooklyn
Up to 3 miles from the Manhattan, Brooklyn & Williamsburg bridges.

Queens
1 mile either side of BQE.

Beyond these zones: we may still be able to deliver if the order is of a reasonable size. Call (718) 974-1683 or email us to discuss!

Please fill your Insulated Shipping Container with Pies and Rolls as described per region below.
In an effort to keep costs down we DO NOT charge a handling fee - and for this reason we will only accept orders for FULL shipping containers.

We Ship Mondays

Urgent Orders
We can ship orders overnight most days of the week but the shipping is expensive. Email us at shipping@dubpies.com and we'll respond promptly with details - or call (718) 974 1683 - talk to Brendan.

Dry Ice Shipping
We offer Nationwide Shipping of our frozen pies using dry-ice (where necessary). For the vast majority of the country we can ship your order using FEDEX GROUND* service.
Region 1

NORTH EAST STATES

(addresses within 1 day shipping with FEDEX Ground, approximately Boston, MA to Washington, DC - including most of upstate NY, PA, NJ, CT, MD, DE and MA)

- we do not need to use dry-ice in your order.

- place your order by going to the Pies Page and choosing either a SMALL shipper or LARGE shipper

- then choose 4 bags of pies (16 pies total) if you selected the SMALL shipper or 8 bags of pies (32 pies total) to go in the LARGE shipper.

- choose the GROUND shipping option - place your order - and we'll follow up letting you know when to expect your order and to advise if there are issues.

- your order will usually arrive the day after we ship.
Region 2

MOST OF THE USA

(beyond Region 1 but not the West Coast, HI, AK)

- we will ship your order using dry-ice

- place your order by going to the Pies Page and choosing either a SMALL shipper or LARGE shipper

- then choose 3 bags of pies (12 pies total) if you selected the SMALL shipper or 7 bags of pies (28 pies total) to go in the LARGE shipper.

- choose the GROUND shipping option - place your order - and we'll follow up letting you know when to expect your order and to advise if there are issues.

- you'll receive a tracking confirmation so you can see when to expect your order.
Region 3

WEST COAST etc

(CA, OR, WA - we'll also advise you before shipping if your order falls into this region.)

- place your order by going to the Pies Page and choosing either a SMALL shipper or LARGE shipper

- then choose 3 bags of pies (12 pies total) if you selected the SMALL shipper or 7 bags of pies (28 pies total) to go in the LARGE shipper.

- choose the GROUND shipping option - place your order

- we will need to manually alter your order to the FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER option - which will be a little more expensive that the GROUND option but will ensure your order is delivered before the end of the week - and we'll follow up letting you know when to expect your order and to advise if there are issues.

- you'll receive a tracking confirmation so you can see when to expect your order.

 

*FedEx IMPORTANT NOTE: While (in our experience) FEDEX are VERY reliable, we have learned through hard experience that despite saying they guarantee delivery by a certain day/time, the "fine print" on the FEDEX agreements stipulates that they will not under any circumstances guarantee timely delivery of PERISHABLE items. Therefore the customer agrees to ship through FEDEX at their own risk. If our pies are inedible due to a delay encountered by FEDEX, DUB Pies will happily refund the purchase price of the actual product bought from us but cannot be held responsible for the cost of shipping.
