Email communication is fantastic. Follow directions for thawing and cooking located in the shipping box - they come out perfect. If you use a toaster oven, drop the temp to 325. The food... First off - the crust is absolutely PERFECT everytime. None of these pies need condiments, you can eat with a pie in one hand and a drink in the other - super portable, perfect for lunch boxes (cook ahead, don't bother reheating - they're terrific even cooled down. Steak pies are awesome. Filling and delicious. Gravy is so yummy. Shepherd's Pie - fantastic, my son's favorite. He loves the potato topping. Mince are so yummy and flavorful. Chili Cheese - ridiculous - added some toppers just to kick it up a notch and they were insanely good. Guacamole, salsa, sour cream and jalapenos for New Years 'snacks' - they were LOVED! Without all the toppings - they are still fabulous. Spinach & Cheese roll - slice carefully after cooking and cooling a bit - awesome appetizer! Thai Chicken Curry was fantastic as well. Just the right amount of everything. Breakfast Pies are so easy in the morning. Just pop in the oven for 15 min per directions, get coffee, milk, whatever ready and enjoy. Made for a super easy holiday breakfast for 8. Just added a fruit platter and drinks. Or, pop in oven and cool a bit - hand it to your family as they are running out for buses and whatever - at least you know they are eating! Chicken & Vegetable is like no chicken pot pie you have ever tasted - these are incredible. The crust alone makes it worth every penny. They rest is so tasty Ordered 60 over the holidays to keep on-hand for long work days and excessive shopping hours (lots of those), best holiday purchase ever! Made things os less hectic. Overall: GREAT food GREAT customer service GREAT shipping EASY ordering Highly recommend! | ||

I do wish the website were a bit easier to use for ordering, but again, it'll be worth it for great pies and service. This hitch was completely the fault of DHL as DUB had received a confirmation from DHL that they would be coming to pick up my order, but they never showed and never apologized or gave a reason. The pies had to be frozen and shipped to Michigan by overnight delivery. Communication from Gareth regarding the delivery arrangements was outstanding, and he personally saw to it that everything was delevered on the day I requested and in perfect condition. I received several very prompt e-mails answering all my questions in a timely manner, and was notified as soon as the shipment had been made. Delivering perishibles in perfect condition during the middle of a midwestern heat wave is very remarkable, and Gareth was able to do so without a hitch. I would most strongly recommend DubPies. Besides the excellent service...he has a great product! | ||
