Here are some frequently asked questions
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
You should receive a Confirmation Email upon successfully placing your order through our site. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Spam folder and if you still can’t locate it - email us at email@example.com.
We process orders each day to make sure they everything is in order. If we need to contact you about something we will email immediately to discuss any issues.
All shipping orders are sent to UPS on Monday for delivery. When we ship the order we'll send you a tracking number so you can see when to expect it.
We also offer OVERNIGHT Shipping which we send out to UPS on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. (As a delay on an order shipped Thursday would mean it doesn't arrive until Monday - and the pies would be ruined - we don't ship Thursday or Friday unless you expressly tell us to and understand we won't replace the pies if they turn up on Monday inedible due to shipping delays beyond our control.)
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
GROUND Shipping Orders are usually sent out the Monday after the order is received by us - unless there is a problem, in which case we'll contact you to let you know what is happening.
You should receive a Confirmation Email when the order was placed (see above) and another email confirming when we are sending your out. If you do not receive these emails please check your Spam folder before emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into your order status for you.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes. If we receive your order by Friday morning of any given week we strive to ship all GROUND orders on the following Monday. If you need to change your order, email us at email@example.com by Friday morning and we'll do our best to accomodate any change requests. If you’ve selected OVERNIGHT SHIPPING we may not be able to change your order but email us immediately and we'll do what we can.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
When you place your order you will be given an estimate of when your order is expected to arrive. We ship from ZIP code 11206 using UPS Ground Shipping (unless you instruct us to ship Overnight.)
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
As this depends on where you live and the size of your order the most accurate way to get an shipping cost estimate is to go through the simple ordering process on our website - you'll be informed of the shipping cost before you have to place the order proper. Ground Shipping of the SMALL SHIPPER usually costs in the vicinity of $15-$18 while Ground Shipping of the LARGE SHIPPER usually costs $17 - $23.
Overnight Shipping is more expensive and the best way to get an estimate is to begin the process of placing an order to see the shipping cost. You won't be charged until after you see your estimate - at that point you can enter your payment details or not.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship nationwide. The most cost effective option is GROUND SHIPPING which applies to the 48 contiguous states the USA.
We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska using OVERNIGHT EXPRESS shipping.
WHAT IF I NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
You will be presented with different shipping options at checkout. We ship on Mondays using GROUND SHIPPING but you can also select OVERNIGHT EXPRESS shipping which will go out the next day - Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you require us to ship using the OVERNIGHT Shipping option on Thursday or Friday we can do so but we will need you to email us that you expressly understand that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays and will not replace the pies if they arrive on the following Monday inedible/ruined.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
If the shipment of your order is delayed because you entered the wrong address for the delivery address we cannot refund the cost of the order.
For various reasons, UPS sometimes experiences delays in their expected delivery schedule - weather or seasonal busy-ness are usually the causes of delay. Unfortunately - UPS does not guarantee the timely delivery of perishable items (it's in their small print, we know, we've tried - believe us) - so, while we can't refund the cost of shipping we can and will refund the cost of the pies you paid for. If you wish to try to have the order delivered again you’ll simply need to pay for the cost of the shipping - we'll replace the pies at our expense.
If the pies arrive after a delay causing them to be inedible - simply email us explaining when they arrived, no need to send the pies back to us. Again, we'll refund the price of the pies or - if you prefer, charge you for a 2nd shipment and attempt a 2nd delivery with us replacing the pies at our expense.
We will only attempt a repeat delivery once - if the pies are ruined again, we'll refund the price of the pies.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No - but if you have one it will speed up the ordering process next time you place another order!
