ORDERING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

You should receive a Confirmation Email upon successfully placing your order through our site. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Spam folder and if you still can’t locate it - email us at orders@dubpies.com.
We process orders each day to make sure that everything is in order. If we need to contact you about something we will email to discuss any issues.
All shipping orders placed before midnight Sunday are sent to FedEx on Monday for delivery. When FedEx picks up the package you will receive an email with tracking information.
We also offer OVERNIGHT Shipping which we send out to FedEx on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. WE CANNOT SHIP ORDERS OF ANY SHIPMENT TYPE THURSDAYS OR FRIDAYS.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

GROUND Shipping Orders are sent out the Monday after the order is received by us - unless there is a problem, in which case we'll contact you to let you know what is happening.
You should receive a Confirmation Email when the order was placed (see above) and another email with tracking information when the package is picked up, generally around 5pm. If you do not receive these emails please check your Spam folder before emailing us at orders@dubpies.com so we can look into your order status for you.

  • Orders placed after midnight Sunday night will be shipped a week after that Monday (unless indicated otherwise, we’ll contact you)
  • Orders with overnight shipping must be submitted by 9am the day they are meant to be shipped, and can only be shipped Monday through Wednesday.
  • All shipments are put out for pick up at 2pm, meaning we can't adjust anything after that time, even shipping method
  • Changes to shipping method (i.e. from Ground to Overnight) must be made by 9am the day the shipment is needed
  • If your order is for a special event, include the date in the notes, we may be able to arrange delivery closer to the date if it’s helpful

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If we receive your order by midnight Sunday of any given week we strive to ship all GROUND orders on the following Monday. If you need to change your order, email us at orders@dubpies.com by Friday morning and we'll do our best to accommodate any change requests. If you’ve selected OVERNIGHT SHIPPING we may not be able to change your order but email us immediately and we'll do what we can.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We ship from ZIP code 11206 using FedEx Ground or 2-Day Shipping (unless you instruct us to ship Overnight.) You should receive an email confirming when we are sending your order out. That tracking info should include an estimated arrival date.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Our website shopping cart will give you a price quote before you need to enter payment details.

Eastern Zone - per map here - FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders.

Western Zone - per map above:
* 2 Day Shipping - a subsidized rate - between $30 - $40 per shipper of pies.
* Overnight Shipping - also subsidized - between $50 - $60 per shipper of pies.

Ground, 2-day, and overnight shipping orders are dispatched on Mondays by default, in some cases we can ship Tuesday or Wednesday, but only with specific instructions and confirmation of that arrangement.
Note: Orders that are in transit > 1 day shipping from NYC will include dry-ice.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship nationwide. Ground or 2-day shipping apply to the 49 contiguous states.
We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska using OVERNIGHT EXPRESS shipping, for an additional fee (please contact us directly).

WHAT IF I NEED EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

You will be presented with different shipping options at checkout. We ship on Mondays using GROUND SHIPPING but you can also select OVERNIGHT EXPRESS shipping which can go out the next day - Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. WE CANNOT SHIP ORDERS OF ANY SHIPPING LENGTH THURSDAYS OR FRIDAYS.

WILL YOU SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes.
We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If the shipment of your order is delayed because of a wrong address or a missed delivery attempt we cannot refund the cost of the order.
For various reasons, Fedex sometimes experiences delays in their delivery schedule - weather or seasonal busy-ness are usually the causes of delay. Unfortunately - Fedex does not guarantee the timely delivery of perishable items (it's in their small print, we know, we've tried - believe us) - so, while we can't refund the cost of any shipping you may have paid, we can and will refund the cost of the pies you paid for if there is an egregious delay by FedEx.
If the pies arrive after a delay causing them to be inedible - simply email us explaining when they arrived (with photos of any damage), no need to send the pies back to us. Again, we'll refund the price of the pies or - if you prefer, charge you for a 2nd delivery fee, and attempt a 2nd delivery with us replacing the pies at our expense.
If a 2nd delivery is attempted, we cannot accept liability for that shipment.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No - but if you have one it will speed up the ordering process next time you place another order!
